CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Long maceration, temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeast. PLANTING DENSITY: 6000 plants per hectare. HARVEST PERIOD: Mid-October VINIFICATION: Cryomaceration, the grapes are then soft pressed prior to fermentation at controlled temperature. FERMENTATION TANKS: Stainless-steel 1.000 liters.
